2. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £pound;50.00
3. If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, Skincare Inc will cover your liability up to £pound;50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Skincareinc.co.uk while using the secure server.

1. This guarantee only applies to credit or debit card purchases made using Skincareinc.co.uk secure server.
2. This guarantee covers a maximum liability of £pound;50.00
3. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Unfortunately suppliers, contractors, publishers occasionally raise the price of items unexpectedly. In the event that this occurs we will check with you to see if you still wish to receive the item at the new price. We may, at our discretion, absorb small price increases without passing them on to our customers.

We do not accept goods back that have been used or opened unless they do not perform as they are designed to.
If the incorrect product has been supplied, or the product is missing, Skincare Inc must be informed no later than 7 days from the time of despatch. Skincare Inc will send the correct products on receiving the returned goods and we will cover all postage costs, or refund the cost of the product.
Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days from the time of order, if the item has already been despatched then the 'Returns' procedure will be enforced. Please inform us by email at refunds@skincareinc.co.uk stating 'Order Cancellation' as the subject and including all order details within the correspondence. Cancelled orders will be refunded, this does not include any shipping costs incurred by the sender.
